An avid lover of the game, my joy and purpose comes from wanting to get the best out of every aspiring athlete and helping them become the best they can be.
I am a Netball Australia Elite accredited Netball Coach with experience as a selector for NSW State Teams, Eastwood Ryde Hawks Premier League, Central Coast Academy of Sport, IGSSA, ISA, Sydney North and All Schools.

I am a now a central coast local living with the beautiful Avoca Beach community.
I have two beautiful daughters who are embarking on their netball adventure at a grass roots level. I am currently the Head Coach of The NSW Waratah Academy program where I am responsible for the individualised programming of athletes nationally identified by Netball Australia. Prior to this role I held the State NSW U19’s Head Coach role as well as being a part of the NSW Swifts Academy Coaching team. Having been a part of the Netball NSW Coaching Pathway for many years, I have a strong understanding of how to navigate the pathway for aspiring athletes.

My Coaching Philosophy
At the heart of my coaching philosophy are the five essential P's: People First, Passion, Positivity, Potential, and Purpose. These principles guide every aspect of my coaching approach
People First
My coaching philosophy is athlete centred and driven. By putting people first, I ensure that I understand each athlete's specific needs and goals.
Positive
A positive mindset is crucial for success. I infuse my coaching sessions with positivity to motivate and uplift my athletes, helping them overcome challenges and keep pushing towards their goals.
Potential
I'm a firm believer in unlocking an athlete's full potential. I'm dedicated to helping them discover their abilities, improve their skills, and achieve their highest level of performance.
Purpose
Each session will be meaningful and athletes will understand the purpose and the ‘why’ of the season and how it applies to netball. My purpose as a coach goes beyond the court. I'm here to not only develop great netball players but also to nurture confident, determined, and successful individuals who can excel in all areas of life.
